Andy and AZ development have been great to work with- from the beginning of our planning phase, throughout construction and upfit, and as an ongoing partner after our lease was signed. I've been in the Gateway building since the middle of 2021 and I can't say enough about the facilities as well as the service of the management. My unit holds a livestreaming studio. We have some unusual needs when it comes to lighting and even the noise threshold. They were going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Five stars for the AZ group!

I have been a tenant in several of Andy's properties Since moving back to Greensboro in 2016. I started out in a large studio space at 620 S. Elm St. and now reside in a very large beautiful space At Studio 503. Andy and his team have gone a above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that we need and that our space is always well maintained. Hands down the best company I have rented studio space from.

Our space at AZ Development has been good. We moved in the Artsy district of Studio 503 on East Washington Street and we have had a great experience thus far. My dance conservatory downsized during Covid and the smaller space that is centrally location as well as the artistic atmosphere has been welcoming for our clients and for business.
