Estimates are available by contacting us. Costs for survey work can vary, depending on the location and the parcel of ground in question. Naturally, complicated sites will cost more than simple residential lots located within established platted subdivisions. This is why we ask for a copy of your legal description prior to establishing a cost estimate.

I ordered a boundary survey April 14. They stated that they were behind aproxima 2 to 3 weeks. 5 weeks later after many calls they showed up. We purchased our property 1994. Had a boundary survey completed then. All they had to do was find our original pins. Which are still there. Neighbor had a survey done on our north side because he wanted to purchase part of our property.
Every time we asked a question of how we lost 10 feet by 288 feet on our north side. We received no explanation. Just that our original Surveyer was NG. Dissatisfy and disappointing. The company was called to get answers, no answers. We have to spend more money on finding out what was correct.
