Miller Pacific Engineering Group provides clients with special services in the Geosciences by drawing on forty years of professional expertise in Geology, Civil and Geotechnical Engineering. Although the firm's experience extends throughout the seventeen western states, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam, the majority of its projects are in the San Francisco Bay Area region. The firm serves numerous public agencies and private clients through offices in Novato, Napa, and Petaluma (including soil laboratory).
This position is primarily geotechnical construction observation and testing at a variety of project sites throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties. Typical duties include nuclear gauge compaction testing, concrete sampling, load/proof testing of geo-civil elements, and site management. Other roles can include laboratory testing, soil boring logging and sampling, and related field tasks.
