Allen hails from the Northeast, where the winters are bleak and the summers are swampy. When not enjoying the temperate Northwest weather, Allen enjoys hiking trips or tinkering with his collection of keyboards and synthesizers. Aurora graduated from Oregon State University (although there was no in person ceremony) and enjoys spending her weekends slacklining and playing frisbee.

Wallis Engineering is a civil engineering consulting firm located in the historic Lucky Lager Warehouse building in downtown Vancouver, Washington. The firm was founded in 1984. We offer planning, design, and construction phase services to local government throughout the Northwest. Our staff are highly technical.

We provide planning, design and construction phase services to help local government get water, wastewater, street and stormwater projects built. We lead teams composed of the best subconsultants in our region. Our firm maintains close relationships with architects, landscape architects, and engineers specializing in geotechnical, structural, traffic, pavement, electrical, HVAC, and control disciplines.

Wallis Engineering has extensive site development experience associated with industrial facilities. These include new facilities, as well as expansions to existing facilities. The work has involved the development of grading plans, the design of storm water conveyance and treatment facilities, the design of internal roadways and frontage street improvements, and the design of site water and sewer system improvements. Our experience includes 50 separate industrial sitework projects, ranging from less than one acre to 140 acres.
