Services
Infinity Machine & Engineering Corp. is a world-wide leading manufacturer of automated packaging machinery for the tissue paper industry. We are also a provider of engineering services for all tissue product converting. Infinity has full-service sales, service, engineering, and manufacturing facilities in both the Green Bay, WI (USA) and in Bologna (Italy), two cities considered to be the tissue packaging capitals of the world.
Infinity's "patented" modular packaging system allows you to broaden your product offering within the same converting line with no added floor space and very low capital investment. Utilizing a fixed infeed section (docking station), the Infusion 3.1 can be coupled with modules that are moved in and out of the docking station to give you 3 machines in 1! Cases, bundles, and bags all in the same place!
At Infinity, we offer two models of multi-pack wrappers with a myriad of possibilities. The Infinity VISION G3 can produce poly wrapped packs, paper wrapped packs, paper tucked packs and facial tissue packs. It's easy to operate, low on maintenance, flexible and generates overall line efficiency. The VISION G3 also features top and bottom choke belts, allowing for larger maximum roll diameter.
Our single roll wrappers are the fastest in the world. Period. Hands down. No questions asked. Designed with speed and quality in mind, the Solo 250 can wrap product at speeds as high as 240 ppm. Along with its speed, the Solo 250 carries a very small footprint while still being able to accommodate large reel diameters for long production runs.
