Mattson Macdonald Young was established as a structural engineering firm in 1983 by Wesley Mattson and David Macdonald, originally Mattson/Macdonald Inc. Stephanie Young was asked to join them as a partner in 1998, when the company adopted its current name. Joe Cain and Ken Green joined the board in 2004 and 2012 to round out our associate team.
