Services
During the Facility Assessment process, ESA works with the Owner's maintenance and operations staff to understand what is going on inside of your facilities and pinpointing key issues that may need to be addressed and how soon. This includes identifying needs, problem areas, conditions, trends, and facility requirements.
ESA conducts energy studies and audits to identify how your buildings are currently operating and identify reliable low-cost and potential capital expense measures to reduce energy consumption. Our process consists of performing an in-depth analysis of how various systems interact and provide Owner's with practical reports for building energy use.
