When the founding Principals established the firm in 1995, the services encompassed forensic structural engineering, building envelope consulting and testing, facade repairs, geotechnical engineering, construction testing & inspection services and litigation support. As the firm has grown in size and scope, the passion for problem-solving and helping clients has continued to be the driving force of the business. Our staff resources have grown to approximately 50, who are located in our offices in Virginia, South Carolina, and New York City.

Our current Information & Insight publication is LL97: NYC's Landmark Climate Legislation from the Perspective of a Building Scientist by John Civitillo, PE, Senior Engineer in our NYC Office.
We recently retained WDP & Associates to perform a geotech at the View Tree Mt. tower site in Warrenton. Mr. Rob Niber, P.E. was in charge of our project and was my contact. The entire process went exceptionally well. Mr. Niber and the drill crew (Free State Drilling Inc.) did a professional job and we are very pleased with the results.
