Founded in 1992, Bruno Max Partners, GmpH, was initially launched to address the career development needs of civil, environmental and chemical engineers. Strategically located in Berlin and Dusseldorf, Germany, the firm quickly evolved into a regional career management group for professionals within the burgeoning Environmental, and the Renewable - Clean Energy Engineering sectors in the late 90's that include Clean Tech start-ups and Renewable Energy acquisitions in Germany, US and Canada.

In 2012, Mr. Brian R. Ribke, PE, co-founded of the Max Group, Inc. - now based in West Palm Beach, Florida, specializing in the placement of senior technical and C-Level Management professionals. With over 30 years experience in senior level engineering management, Brian often draws upon his secret weapon: an unparalleled network of contacts and resources that can "open doors like magic". Prior to entering the executive recruiting business, Mr. Ribke has held Officer-level positions at 3 Top 10 ENR International Consulting Engineering Firms.
