A year after we bought our bank-owned home, San Diego County informed us that our pool and retaining wall were not permitted. The only options were to get the permits or cover up the pool with dirt and remove the retaining wall. Thanks to Rick Wright, engineer at Momenta Design Group and his team of contractors, for doing an excellent job in producing and providing plans and drawings for the pool and retaining wall that were accepted and permitted by the County of San Diego.
His extensive experience in structural engineering and expertise in all different types of building permits made the permit processing run smoothly and expediently, resulting in us saving thousands of dollars. He was very professional, honest, and kept us informed throughout each phase of the permitting process. We are very pleased with the service that Rick Wright and team provided.

We worked with Rick Wright at Momenta Design Group with the expansion of our deck. We are on a steep slope in La Jolla. Rick and his design really understood our challenges. They came up with a couple great designs, finished the drawings in less than two weeks and got us our permit a week later. We are very happy with the quality, speed and price. He was worth every dollar!
