ECAD Engineering Report

ECAD Engineering (Environmental Concepts & Design, Inc.) is a family owned environmental consulting and engineering company incorporated in 1996 based in St. Louis Park (formerly in St. Paul), Minnesota. We are committed to helping our clients identify their environmental needs and implement solutions in a cost effective manner.

Landfill Engineering Report

While functioning as a consulting engineer for a landfill liner design and installation, leachate was found in a newly constructed lysimeter below the newly constructed liner implying there was a leak. After conducting these tests, the location of the leak was still not found, but we were able to use our experience and ingenuity to locate the leak.

Construction Observation Report

As part of Engineering Proposals, ECAD Engineering provides trained personnel to perform on-site observation to document contractor activities on client sites. Personnel are trained in engineering methods and procedures, health & safety according to 40 hour HAZWOPER, and contractor observation and documentation.

Environmental Site Assessments Phase I & II Report

ECAD Engineering has extensive experience doing Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and provides expert professional services at competitive rates in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our professional engineers, scientists, and environmental technicians tailor Phase I and II ESAs to meet specific needs of clients, regulators, and banks to finance property transfers.
