Powers Hill Design, LLC (PHD) was established in 2005 and is located in Memphis, Tennessee. PHD is a "boutique" civil engineering firm providing a highly personalized environment for our clients. We design with a heart for our community and an eye on innovation. We embrace the role of advocate for our community and have a vested interest in its success.
PHD has worked diligently to provide design services for our clients that are focused on remaining current and creative. We have also been judicious in design approach such that construction and execution of the project is cost-effective for our Clients, and in turn, for our community. We have placed emphasis on our responsibility to improve our environment by focusing on design concepts such as urban infill development, multimodal transportation and stormwater management.Engaging the community in the conceptual planning phase of municipal projects, and remaining open to their ideas while adhering to design standards and requirements is a forte of PHD's staff.
