I was fitting out one of my Properties to house Starbucks Coffee. We had to swap tow sets of Rooftop H VAC units, No big dilemma but Starbucks doesn't Brew even one cup of coffee without an engineering drawing to show them how. We get in touch with a local Structure engineering firm to give us an OK. 3 week all construction halted no drawings NOTHING no call no text email Bupkus is all we got.
On a recommendation of my Architect Henry Croft I reach out to Busch Associates. in 3 days I had a comprehensive Drawing signed and sealed with instruction how to do the install. I tell you its unheard of in this industry to have things done right the first time at a reasonable cost and fast. I am Impressed. These guys should be an example for the rest of the industry to follow.
