Brockway Engineering We are civil engineers and hydrologists providing engineering and consultation services using the best science possible. Brockway Engineering designed a large-scale floodplain restoration and river bank stabilization project on the Big Wood River, including flood control swales, wetlands restoration, and bank stabilization using traditional and bioengineering techniques.

To support the project, we developed a state-of-the art two-dimensional hydraulic model based on LIDAR topography. The model predicted the effects of the project, helped guide the design, and provided regulatory agencies with the best science.

D., P.E. has been serving clients since 1970, during his tenure as a research professor for the University of Idaho and since his retirement as an active professor in 1997. Brockway Engineering was formally organized in 1995 as Dr. Brockway teamed with his son, Charles G. Brockway, Ph. D., P.E. The company is small, and purposefully so.
Brockway Engineering provides a broad spectrum of services in the water resources engineering and applied science fields.
