EMC Technologies designs and manufactures discretely wired and wireless functional test fixtures used for performance verification of PCBs and Electronic Assemblies. We have also developed highly customized ITAs (Interface Test Adapters) to support military, aerospace, and subcontracted military programs.
The design team at EMC Technologies has developed a variety of test adaptors and test stations for testing RF circuit assemblies and microwave sub-assemblies. Techniques and strategies for these designs include a complete 6-sided metal enclosure, sealed with EMI shielded gaskets, and RF silicone, to isolate the UUT from electromagnetic interference.
