The two principals Keith Osborn and Amir Fallahi are both registered Professional Engineers in the state of California, and together bring over 64 years of professional experience in land planning, land development and public works engineering. Experienced management and technical staff for the preparation and review of design documents, including those with "Fast-Track" schedule requirements. Focus on effective communication on coordination with the client and the project team to ensure the clients needs are met and the project moves forward efficiently.
