Andel Engineering is a Minority owned Civil Engineering and Surveying Company, incorporated in 1964. Its Chief Engineer and founder is Edward L. Bolden, Jr. and its co owners, was his lovely wife of 65 years Anna Rose Bolden who passed away in September of 2013 of Alzheimer.
