MME was established over 30 years ago to provide professional civil and structural engineering services to both public and private sector clients in the central California area. Our clients generally include cities, counties, districts, and other municipal entities; universities and schools; architects, other engineers, owners, developers, contractors, and members of the general public.
MME provided all structural and civil engineering needed in support of constructing improvements to the athletic fields. I worked for Mark from 2000-2004. As an employer, Mark is a great mentor and friend. He cares for his employees and their families. As a businessman, Mark is very knowledgeable and articulate, and he always aims to meet his clients' needs in a professional and ethical manner.
The City of Santa Cruz contracted MME to design a replacement pathway on the San Lorenzo Trestle. The project replaces the 4-foot wide walkway with a new 10-foot wide multi-use path. The Land Trust of Santa Cruz County helped fund a study proving the pathway could be widened without rebuilding the bridge in its entirety, a discovery that saved the City millions of dollars.
MME provided all civil and structural engineering for the complete retrofit and remodel of this two-story 11,400SF mixed use retail/office building as well as the public plaza along the beach sides of the building. Working with MME, when I was employed by O'Neill Wetsuits LLC and Jack O'Neill, was a pleasure.
