Welcome to Hennessey Performance (HPE) - since 1991 our company has modified over 10,000 vehicles for performance enthusiasts from around the world. HPE is the home to the largest lineup of late-model high-performance sports cars, muscle cars, supercars, trucks & SUVs, including the Venom GT and upcoming Venom F5 hypercar.
John Hennessey purchases new Mitsubishi 3000GT vr4 to pursue his dream of entering the Pikes Peak Hill Climb. With no prior experience, he finishes fourth overall averaging 164 mph over the 90-mile course in a car he had driven to Ely, Nevada and back from Houston. He also drove his car, loaded with tools and spares, to Colorado and back in July when he successfully completed his run in the Pikes Peak Hill Climb. In August, he again drove, not trailered, his car to the Bonneville Salt Flats where he set a class record of 177 mph.

Worst company in the world, worst experience I've ever had. They wasted my time and money. These scammers terminated the contract without warning, without a single call or message or even text notification. They wasted the driver's time and his money on fuel. After that, they began to hide from justice. They just didn't pick up the phone even after about 500 calls. They will ruin you and waste all your time, avoid these scammers at all costs. After everything, I managed to get through, they said that they did not care and hung up.

I would not recommend Hennessey if you plan on keeping your vehicle. Ford issued a recall on my vehicle and because it is 7 years old, Hennessey will not support the recall or provide a tune for the truck without significant fees. My advice is to find a local shop like Trident Trucks in Austin as they provide a superior experience & better quality for the same or better price.

So far, we've been extremely disappointed with the customer service that has been provided. At first the service was spot on, we received follow ups almost every day. Once the truck got to their facility the customer service took a complete 180. We called, texted, and emailed our account rep and have yet to hear back from him. This is going on 3 weeks now.
The account rep also stated the complete service would take a maximum of 2 weeks and we are coming up on a complete month now. The Raptor has been at the wrapping facility for 2 weeks now. We assumed the quality customer service was just to have us commit to the purchase. We called the main office and were told that our account rep had left on vacation without notifying us or having someone else take care of our order. Finally, we were able to have Grant and Dorthy review our order and provide us with updates.
We hope that the truck being in their hands will be completed in a timely matter. Keep an eye out for follow up reviews as we will keep you updated with the experience at Hennessey Performance. Follow up Review. The truck was received 3/3/2020, on time and in great condition. We are extremely happy with the end product. Management at Hennessey Performance reached out and apologized for the poor customer service and communication.
They were able to expedite the order and finish the truck in a fashionable manner. They were generous enough to add a few add ons to the truck to make up for the inconveniences. After that small hick up due to communication the team at Hennessey did a great job finishing the order and making sure that we were satisfied with the service. Dorthy, who was our person of contact was extremely helpful and professional. Overall we ended up being happy with out experience with Hennessey Performance.

I am extremely disappointed in this shop, I've emailed them 3 times and reach out SEVERAL times on IG and not ONE time was I ever replied to. My brother came into town and we drove 2 hours to come and see the shop to get stopped by security telling me we weren't allowed to come in. That's complete BS. Wasted 4 hours of my time and gas to get told turn around and leave.
I am a disabled veteran with very little income and just wanted to show my brother a good time and to get turned away seriously ruined half of our day. You guys should take a few mins to respond to people for general questions regarding the shop.

The guys at Hennessy are top notch, their service and variety of work they do is tremendous. We have done several factory tours and days out at the drag strip and every time we go it puts a smile on our face. Aside from the national attention they get, the people behind the company are truly good people. When you mix good people with outstanding work you create something like this, a iconic brand.
