As founder of Dikita Enterprises, Inc., Lucious has been involved in all facets of the marketing, development, and administration of engineering projects. He has a wealth of valuable knowledge of local issues gained through his 27 years of business in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
Dikita offers years of construction management experience with on various types of commercial buildings. This includes extensive knowledge of construction methodology, building codes, environmental regulations and project document reviews. Dikita's staff of professionals are experts in construction delivery methodology and advise the client on the best project delivery plan.
