Services
Originally founded in 1962, HRG is an employee-owned, full-service civil engineering and related services firm that provides quality, cost-effective design solutions to public and private sector clients. You've developed some great ideas to improve water quality in your community, and now you're ready to implement those ideas. But the list of things to do often seems bigger than the money and staff available to do it. HRG can help you make the most of the funding DEP has given you. Many programs are available to fund your program beyond the Countywide Action Plan Block Grants: The National Fish & Wildlife Foundation, State Conservation Commission, and Department of Conservation & Natural Resources are just a few of the organizations that offer grants you may be eligible to receive.
HRG saves you time and money by avoiding construction complications such as cost overruns, defaults, defective and non-conforming work, technical and operational failures, and claims and disputes. HRG's resident project representatives (RPR) and construction administration staff are available to perform any task associated with your construction project - regardless of whether it was designed by us or another firm.
We help you assess and manage risk to avoid environmental roadblocks that cost time and money. New opportunities and existing operations carry varying degrees of risk and liability. HRG's geologists and environmental scientists have done thousands of due diligence, site characterization investigations and remediations.
