I had just been laid off my job after four months of furlough, when out of the blue I received a call from Aurelija Cekalinas from Sterling Engineering. She had come across an old resume of mine from ziprecruiter that I had forgotten was still active. She advised me to get her an updated resume as she had a company in urgent need of a travel coordinator, which just so happens to be my expertise!

I was out of a job for ONE WEEK in the middle of COVID thanks to Aurelija. She fast tracked the hiring process and I started right away. The best part of this entire experience is I was hired last week for a permanent position after three months of working a contract. Sterling was always professional in answering any questions that I had as I had no experience working with a staffing agency.

I had an great experience working with Ashley! She connected me to a job quickly and made sure the transition was as smooth as possible. Communication was good and whenever I had question she always found an answer!

Communication could be a lot better than what it is at this company. I always had to reach out to them and wait from up to 3-4 days for them to fix a communication mistake they made with the company I worked for continuously. My recruiter did not even communicate with me that the company I was temping for, did not need me to come in anymore. They have yet to call. I have left messages with my recruiter and nothing. This is unacceptable and deserves 2 stars.

2 Westbrook Corporate Center is one building in a large complex of buildings for corporate offices & other businesses & restaurants. Sterling Engineering is located in this center & they are a very good recruiting job placement service for manpower workforce needed to do various types of engineering work. I am a Sr Electrical Engineer & in my career, Sterling Engineering has done an excellent job placing me in positions at various companies.

We have recruited through four different firms in the last five years. Sterling takes the cake as the very best recruiting service we have used, bar none. VERY happy with their recommended engineer. Excellent experience.

Good recruiters. Very well intentioned. Great placement firm for entry level engineers. Terrible for anybody seeking to advance in their career. One bad apple ruined the whole bunch. This particular account executive had absolutely no grasp of the engineering industry or machining and assembly process. I've done very good work with his account managers in the past.

I received great help from Sterling Engineering. I had been having a lot of trouble finding a position that I wanted. I was assisted with resume revisions, interview prep, thank you emails, as well as job hunting. They will help you succeed and give you motivational boost while they're at it.
