Insertech

In the early 80's, Insertech started up an insert molding company that could introduce the technology of insert molding to major automotive, electronic and telecom corporations. These corporations were shown how to incorporate insert molding in the design of their products and subsequently how to design the inserts or stampings that were to be encapsulated. Continued support was offered to these corporations by managing their mold tooling and stamping die projects from design through to production.

InserTech relies primarily on vertical clamp molding presses with a variety of shuttle and rotary tables ranging from 40 Tons and 2 oz capacity to 300 Tons and 20 oz capacity. All of InserTech's presses were purchased from just two machine manufacturers. We believe this promotes better training, improved preventive maintenance, access ability to spare parts, and vendor field support loyalty.

Culiacan is located centrally on the West coast of Mexico. This location is very convenient to supply customers in Chihuahua and Guadalajara. The city is also part of an advanced 4 way highway system connecting Culiacan to the Mexican border cities and their US counterparts of San Diego, Nogales, Santa Teresa, and El Paso.

InserTech has recently opened a brand new, hospital clean, manufacturing facility in the Suzhou New District. This new plant that specializes in "Insert" Injection Molding is conveniently located for all Shanghai area customers in the Automotive, Medical, Appliance and Consumer Electronic markets. InserTech always becomes heavily involved in the "up front" design of the customers product when the product requires an insert molded component.
