APECS Engineering provides turn-key Automation systems design, programming and startup. We are an open-architecture solutions provider, offering systems under a variety of platforms for PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA to suit the needs of the Client and the Client's budget. APECS Engineering has 12 years process design, commissioning, and startup experience in specialty chemical, manufacturing and biopharmaceutical applications. Our experience in the field allows us to assist clients in many phases of system design and implementation. We offer expertise in the plant-wide industrial environment, from PFD/P&ID design and drafting, controllability assessments, to selection of supporting utilities.

Electrical Systems Distribution Design from the service feeds to motor control center (MCC), distribution panel boards, emergency generators, UPS, low voltage, and building controls. In many applications, new technologies currently available to support specialty process and industrial installations involve special consideration to electrical load requirements calling for buck/boost transformers, VFD's, power filtering systems, and transient mitigation methods.

APECS can assist you with control system conceptual design, installation management, all the way through startup and commissioning. We continually see problems in the field that arise in many control systems due to typical oversights in design and/or installation. The vast majority of these typical startup nightmares can be avoided in the design phase and with proper installation management.
