Carnell did a great job inspecting a number of properties for me. They're more than able to take on commercial properties, are very professional and the reports are thorough. They are my go-to inspection company. Donna in the office is always upbeat and gets the inspections scheduled quickly. Tom is one of the best inspectors I have ever worked with. He's thorough, quite knowledgeable, and communicates well to clients on the subject matter.

She was responsive quickly by email. Tom was in the home for an inspection less than 24 hours after having our offer accepted! He was prompt, thorough and efficient. He answered all of our questions and was funny/friendly which put as at ease as first time homebuyers. We received his report in under 24 hours.
