Quality control of bulk materials in many industries (such as mining materials, scrap materials, cement products, construction materials and waste materials) is critical to ensure cost effective processing and downstream product management. Information feedback on the properties of bulk products in near real time with minimal sample preparation can provide a major improvement in production quality control.
The collection and analysis of multivariate data in real time is a challenge facing many analysts responsible for process quality control or feedback control. It is of minimal utility if analysts can collect data in real time but cannot interpret the data in real time. Similarly if the data can be analyzed rapidly but cannot be collected rapidly, the benefits of real time data collection are all but lost.
Chesner Engineering (CE) is internationally renowned for its work in waste and by-product material recycling in the highway construction industry providing support to the public and provate sector in the development of guidelines for material utilization, testing methods, product specifications and material processing system development.
Hazardous materials management is the process of rendering materials with hazardous properties detoxified or rendered nonhazardous. We offer services that evaluate the types of contaminant and the physical, chemical and thermal processes required to render hazardous materials nonhazardous. Examine our patented dredging process designed to remove highly contaminated sediments from waterways without spreading the contaminants to downstream locations.
