I'd give zero stars if I could. Somehow, the sellers of the house I just bought managed to get an estimate to repair the crack in their foundation by Marra Engineering. I got a credit for that estimate to repair the crack once I close on the home. To prepare for this, I called both the office phone number and the cell phone number on the estimate that they forwarded to me when we agreed on the credit.
I left messages with my name and phone number referencing the address of the property and the estimate that they made as well as what it was for and how much. The voicemails I listened to before leaving my messages both specified they were Marra Engineering so I know I called the correct numbers, yet it's at least a month after I made those calls, I am close to closing on this house and they never called me back. Pathetic.
