Services
SA was retained by Atlantic City to prepare the Circulation Element of their Master Plan. Existing and projected future conditions of the various transportation systems were evaluated to determine recommendations to improve mobility throughout the City. SA provided traffic engineering and transportation planning services for the mixed-use development to be located along Route 322 in the vicinity of Route 55. The proposed development will consist of nearly 1,000,000 SF of retail/office space, as well as an elementary school and 1,300 residential units.
SA provided traffic engineering, sound level, and air quality services for the 700-acre motorsports park located along Dividing Creek Road and Buckshutem Road. SA evaluated air quality impacts and measured sound levels during several racing events. Conformance analyses indicate that the NJMP meets NJDEP standards for air quality and sound level.
