Kindly answered the phone and agreed to send me a proposal for a septic design. Then never sent me the proposal. I called two days later and Dave agreed to have someone get back to me. Three days later still no response. They are probably very busy or something but just tell me you can't help me so I'm not waiting for help. I shouldn't have to work so hard to get service.
