SCI was established in 1988 to service the requirements of architects, developers and contractors in the rapidly expanding Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia area. Our ultimate goal since that time has been to supply efficient and best quality structural engineering and consulting services and producing concise and accurate contract documents.

Called today was told they were very expensive and I could not afford them. I should go online and buy plans from a run of the mill building website. I have plans but whoever I spoke to did not allow me to get that far in the conversation. and I clearly advised I only needed engineering.
