Clarence Higginbotham, PE, PLS and E.E.J. (Eugene Edwin Jesse) James, PLS form a land surveying company: Higginbotham and James Mapping Corporation. Higginbotham is the County Agent at this time and earns his surveyor's license. James, having been a pilot in WWII, has knowledge of navigation and is trained by Higginbotham to become a surveyor.
Provided flood study documenting improvements to the existing outpatient center located in Duluth. Work included establishing existing conditions and proposed conditions along two tributaries. Flood study report was submitted to FEMA for review and comment and approval was obtained from CLOMR and LOMR.
170-acre "live-work-shop-play" community situated around the existing lake and creeks along Boat Rock Road, Fulton County, Georgia. Involved with the mixed-use development, providing the initial design review of existing rock formations. Responsible for the site engineering and construction documents for the four phases of the residential development.

I called Hayes James & Associates to get some Land Surveying Boundary work done before I purchased some investment property in Atlanta, GA. I highly recommend them for Land Surveying work as they provided excellent and fast service. They were very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely used them again!
