Services
Since 2004, Criterium-Harbor Engineers has evaluated more than 2,000 buildings across Southern Delaware and Maryland's eastern shore. We look at more than 130 buildings and visit dozens of construction sites every year. Our staff of licensed, Professional Engineers offer skills in structural, civil, and mechanical engineering, project management, and much more.
At Criterium-Harbor Engineers, we have two passions: analyzing buildings and serving our clients. Criterium-Harbor employees do not fit a narrow mold. They have a wide range of educational backgrounds and professional experience. Many are engineers, but others have experience in the building trades, construction and project management, real estate and marketing, among other areas. The ability to communicate clearly with clients and build long-term relationships with them is as important as professional training and experience.
At Criterium-Harbor Engineers, we never forget that business owners often own buildings too. Our insight into commercial real estate properties and transactions, environmental solutions, facility management, and capital planning helps our clients from coast to coast build equity, maximize profits, and protect the people who live and work in their properties every day.
Some engineering firms specialize in buildings of a certain size or type, or they represent primarily larger clients but few if any smaller ones. Criterium-Harbor Engineers does it all. A Property Condition Assessment conforms to widely recognized national standards set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and Standard and Poor's.
