Prior to founding the company, Jimmy D. Woodie held several positions within local government that enabled him to experience the daily responsibilities, concerns, and activities of a municipal employee. These positions included Supervisor of Water Treatment, County Engineer, and Director of Utilities.
Our team of engineers has provided solid waste services to over a third of the counties and many other industries and cities in North Carolina. Municipal Engineering utilizes a non-destructive air vacuum excavator to prevent damage when locating underground utilities and structures. Since 1978, we have been analyzing, planning, and designing utility systems.
