Contacted ASG to inspect an elevated deck, part of which has a gable roof on a lake house we bought in late 2010. I was unsure of the structural integrity of the original build and had a concern regarding preventing water intrusion into the basement. Mr. Auffinger gave an estimated cost on the phone, made an appointment to inspect it, was exactly on time, and took time to thoroughly examine and make suggestions as he did the inspection.
He made a thorough professional report with clear,concise recommendations. I had a few questions which he promptly addressed. His fee was less than the telephone estimate. I will contact Mr. Auffinger again for any future projects for which I need an engineer.
