Renaissance Design Build was incorporated as an S-corp in the State of Indiana May of 1999 by Nathan R. Grimes, P.E. Our office moved to its present location in March 2005. We currently have a team of six and supply engineering, design, planning, construction management & construction inspection solutions to a huge range of municipal, public, commercial, and private customers.

Very busy small business that has very courteous folks who work there. Still took eight weeks to get a survey done for some property but that timeframe was for all others as well. Stay local and give them a call!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could leave zero stars I would. We used them to do a home inspection, radon inspection, and wood destroying insect's inspection prior to the purchase of our new home which is now infested with termites that they failed to discover, and when we called them to notify them that they had missed this upon inspection their response was, "We they can't do anything about it and this has happened several times before." Now it is costing us $1200 to have our home treated for termites because this company failed to do a proper inspection. Do not use them! They clearly do not back up their services or their company name! Their home inspector was Brian Smallwood.
