Syracuse is a small town nestled among some of Indiana's most beautiful lakes. One might not expect to find a bustling little contract engineering company is Syracuse, but we're there; clear at the far corner of the Syracuse Technology Park. We are a unique assemblage of technicians and engineers with an insatiable desire to envision, design and build a myriad of amazing devices and systems.
Our engine dyno labs have full capabilities for run testing, calibration development, and component validation, this lab also has motoring capabilities. We can test engines from 1 to 2000 HP with one of out seven dynos we can also test electric motors and transmissions. Our abilities include visioning and product development and the development of a mechanization drawing like this one.
This tandem axle trailer is designed to carry commercial lawn mowing equipment. There is a hinged dump box at the rear of the trailer with a self-loading hopper. We designed the mechanical self-loading dump hopper and the associated electronic controls. The mowing crew can continuously mow and fill the hopper.
This engine controller ECM was a collaborative design project with the Delphi Electronics group. The device is designed to run an EFI engine. Our software engineers wrote the calibration software for the device and our calibration engineers devise calibrations for various engines in our in-house dyno labs.
