Had sizing issues w a competitors axles and had to go thru a lengthy return process, as this held up my project I was not happy. Moser was recommended to me from Summit racing and I have always heard good things so I was excited to get them and continue w my project. I received my new moser axles in a timely fashion but noticed hole in one end of box where spline had stabbed thru during shipping process. Opened box to find a janky piece of cardboard separating these axles that were semi loose and allowed to slide all over inside. Luckily no damage to axles themselves that iv noticed so far. Haven't done any measurements yet so hope all is well w that. Would definitely like to see better packaging tho.

I can't comment on their product, as I never received any, which is why I am commenting on the service. I called twice, once to find out if they could make a replacement pair of axles for my 1973 Celica racecar, the second to get a shipping address to send my axle to and to confirm who I needed to attn. it to for my project. I was told there was no need to put attention to anyone.
I paid $17.45 to UPS Ground my axle to them in my packaging. In a couple of days I get a call with a tone of annoyance. I know that's subjective, but that is how I felt.and I quote (Moser) "What do you want me to do with this?". A little off balance by such a curt interaction, but (Me) "I need to get a couple of axles made to match those for my 73 Celica." (Moser) "I'm not sure why you sent this here we haven't done that in over a month." To which I replied that I called 4 days prior to get the address for this specific service.
The question I got back was who told me that, which I did not remember. A couple of confused moments pass, so I ask (Me) "Do you know anyone that could possible help me?". Instantly (Moser) "No." The lack of sympathy for a customer that has now wasted a week of their time and money shipping for nothing at all is unbelievable. Again a more shocked pause at this point, and then I ask "I guess you are calling for my credit card so you can ship my axle back to me?" Again instantly (Moser) "Yes." Now I call that insult to injury at this point, but why bother with wasting my energy on a worthless endeavor? Well, then I get my axle back in a nice and shiny Moser Engineering box and a bill where I was charged $29.95 in freight to ship my axle back. (And this is where I'm a little less tolerant.) I'm sorry but WTF!
I shipped my axle in my packaging to you, on the advice of your employees that as it turns out were apparently advising potential customers to send work in they couldn't do, and you take it upon your self to discard my packaging, re-package in your product and charge me almost double what it cost to ship it to you! I may not be a national super-star, but I am very active in grassroots and amateur motorsports, and I will make sure that I chime in every single time I see, hear, or smell a product or service from your company.
My suggestions to Moser Engineering; -Train your employees on customer service. -Keep your employees up to date with currently available services. -Don't even waste your time trying to smooth anything over with me.

My husband broke the rear end at the races in Norwalk. We went to the Moser rig and Rocky talked to my husband and said bring it in 1st thing Monday morning. We stayed in our motorhome right there in their lot and they built a whole new rear end and fixed my husband's 12 bolt. Rocky was helpful and knowledgeable. Mike worked with us and nobody tried to oversell us as they knew we were on a tight budget. Everyone there was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend Moser. They are top notch and genuinely interested in you and your needs.
