Prospective buyers had a typical pre-purchase home inspection that uncovered what appeared to be structural defects, wall and foundation cracks and possible signs of foundation settlement. Torello Engineers was contracted to conduct a thorough examination of the structure and foundation and determine if these constituted serious structural issues and if ongoing settlement or other issues were probable.

I fully recommend the services of Torello Engineers. They were professional, organized, and responsive. They also showed a clear ability to communicate complex engineering concepts so that it could be understood. I appreciated that they showed a range of approaches to addressing any issue and that their calmness reflected a command of the science with confidence that any problem can be met with a solution.
They turned around the report quickly and in great detail, easy to read, but also good for any contractor that may choose to do the work. They also followed up and offered additional assistance.
