Sandford Surveying and Engineering, Inc., is an engineering and surveying firm offering a variety of land planning services, ranging from small residential surveys to large company site plans. Founded in 1990, we are based in Bedford, New Hampshire and provide services mainly to Hillsborough, Merrimack, and Rockingham counties.
Sandford Surveying offers a full spectrum of land use planning services. Primarily, we provide land surveys to locate boundaries or prepare for construction; civil engineering for small bridges, roads, and dams, and for drainage management; environmental engineering including septic design, erosion control, and wetland mapping; and commercial and residential land planning including site analysis and lot subdivision.

I owe a ton to this company and the man who is behind it. Good years with Earl and his cool family. Got me started in a good career and I used the SSE fax machine to send love letters to my now wonderful wife, Carol. He gave a young punk (me) a lot of good advice and gave me a shot to do a whole lot more than I could have ever hoped for in a vocation. It was a privilege. Earl: Competent, Courteous, Courageous.
