In the past I had nothing but bad luck dealing with the state Highway Administration regarding some tree branches that needed to be cut. But I have to say the experience that I had this time was so much different. Everybody I spoke to was so helpful! The receptionist, the crew leader and the crew that cut the branches were all professional and polite and really went above and beyond which I am truly grateful for.
The old crew that I delt with a few years back deserved an F-, management was rude, the crew was messy. But the new team gets an A+++. Thank you everyone who made this happen so quickly! State Highway Administration keep up the good work!

Trying to get a flag released to renew my registration after I paid my ticket and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. They're clearly allowed to just not do their job even though people need this service to be able to properly renew anything MVA related. But the law doesn't care about that part. Do your jobs!

U can't ever get a hold of anyone since the pandemic started. Public Health Crisis but, MD Citizens are still having to pay bogus tickets and can't even get a hold of an actual person so you can the pay the ticket. The comments that were left previously were pre-pandemic when people used to actually work and the answer the phones.
