Sunrise Engineering began in 1978 as a small land-surveying company in Fillmore, Utah. Founder Alden Robinson, former CEO, Evan Simpson, and current CEO, Mark Huntsman, have guided the company from a four-man firm to its current status of nearly 350 employees working in 18 offices in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming.
Sunrise is a leader in the natural gas industry, and for the past 40 years has served municipal and investor-owned natural gas pipeline and distribution companies. Working hand-in-hand with our clients, the Sunrise team becomes an extension of our clients' staff to help them achieve safe, reliable delivery of natural gas to their customers.
Sunrise Engineering has been providing building inspection services for rural and urban communities throughout the Intermountain West for 30 years. Our personnel have performed and managed building code services for thousands of projects, ranging from residential and multiple-family homes to hospitals and municipal buildings.

We were so blessed to have Sunrise Engineering Inc help us with our barn build. Christopher Walker went above and beyond in helping us secure permits and see that all was in place for our contractor to complete the building of our barn. Any time a question arose, he was always there for us with a phone call. I highly recommend them for any of your Engineering needs.
