I have been working with Aran & Franklin Engineering for many (20) years. They have always been there when needed. When you receive your prints and Windstorm requirements, they must be followed for certification. One is also provided with a list of required inspections. Simply email your request, it will be scheduled!

As a homebuilder for Haley Homes in Southeast Texas, I have been more than satisfied with the services that Aran & Franklin has provided for my company over the years. I've been using them now for over 8 years and the level of professionalism and quaility of work has been refreshing to work with.

This is the worst engineering firm, they will quote you lot of money for your drawing for nothing and when you compare with others you ll see a big difference and the better services elsewhere, I totally will not refer people to them beware.

I can't say enough about Chandra, Tim, Barb, Rachel and the rest of the A&F team. I almost feel like I'm their only customer. My requests have always gotten top priority and although I'm not an engineer, they patiently listen to my questions and selfish requests and devise solutions that accommodate those requests and still get IRC. They are the best in Texas.

I found Aran & Franklin Engineering online along with several other engineering firms. When I called each one, I found Aran & Franklin to be the most helpful and knowledgeable answering my questions without arrogance as several other firms did. During the engineering process we communicated by phone and email. Very fast response and can't say enough good about this engineering firm and their most helpful staff.

BEWARE! This is the absolute worst engineering firm out there! They're happy to overcharge you up front, then no show you on inspection day. When they actually do show up for inspections you'll never know if you failed or passed. Zero follow up! No stickers, no emails, no phone calls, nothing! My company builds patio covers & we've giving this firm 10 - 15 jobs per month over the course of a 2 year period.

Its now come to our attention that Aaron & Franklin hasn't done finals on more than 25 jobs even though they were requested in writing & our clients are still in pending status for their windstorm certificates months later! We now have to walk away from this company & file a lawsuit to insure our clients actually get what they paid for. If you hire them, make sure all conversation are in writing so you have recourse, otherwise your screwed!

Their architects and engineering teams can handle any windstorm design projects you have and do it with a smile.

We are in the process of restoring a small shotgun house in Galveston. It has been a difficult process but our engineer at Aran and Franklin, Mr. Robert Dinjar, has been absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond. He prepared plans to address different contingencies, met with our contractors to explain details, and has worked well with the city planners. We are so grateful for his help and expertise. In addition, the support staff, including Tammy, the receptionist, have offered personable and exceptional service.

Aran Franklin is very difficult to work with. We hired them to design a slab and they were unable to get the job done. After numerous delays and excuses, we were eventually forced to fire them and go with a different company. I would recommend that you avoid dealing with this outfit. In reply to their response below, we took the same plans to another outfit that was able to complete the job in three days. If you want excuses and delays, you will probably love A + F. If you want results, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
