Very slow to no responses to the customers questions. I have waited for a month to get a quote for roller sleeves, still waiting. Edit: The rep takes a month longer to get me quote, which contains items I didn't ask for. 2 weeks later, she sends me the same quote, asking me to contact the manufacturer directly for further needs. Thought that was the job of the distributor. She also includes "I cannot generate any further quotes for you". After wasting 3 months of my time, I am at square 1.
