Lack of integrity - be cautious if you are forced to work with RTI Products. Ron G Ritchie received a refund for an item, that he purchased on behalf of his company, with a value greater that $700. Ron has failed to return the item after he received a full refund. I have left voicemail messages, sent email correspondence, provided him with UPS shipping label, and now I will be filing a claim with the courts.
