Peed & Bortz, LLC was founded in 1998 by C. Elvan Peed, PE and Scott Bortz, PE. Our staff consists of five licensed Professional Engineers and two technicians/specialists. We employ full-time and part-time construction inspectors and drafters on an as-needed basis. Our engineers have over 100 years of combined experience in South and Central Virginia.

All Bidders are responsible for checking the site up until Bid Due deadline to ensure that they have all documents, including all addenda.
