Ken Pfaff from this company was very professional & extremely helpful. He came & did an inspection for our home for the county to make it real property and did a great job. A couple of months later we needed a structural report for a loan and immediately within an hour had the report to the loan company. He's very personable & professional. We would refer this company and Ken Pfaff very highly. In fact we can't speak high enough of Ken's professionalism.

I used Criterium-Pfaff to do a home inspection for pre-purchase on a manufactured home. Kenneth was able to get my inspection within our 10 day limit. He was also very friendly, polite and of course very informative. He let me know what he was doing and what he saw good and bad. He addressed the concerns that I brought up. I love the report format that he sent the very next morning.
It was clear how the inspection and what recommendations he had for fixing any problems. I also love that it included a regular maintenance plan so even after we move in we know what we need to do to keep our home in good condition. If in the future we have any work done I will definitely having him come to inspect the work! Also I love that he was able to direct me in what kind of inspection I needed and that he very easily saved me an additional $100 in the inspection cost.
