Except for a very few exempt type of equipment, these regulations apply to any electronic equipment that utilizes or generates timing signals or pluses at a rate in excess of 9 kHz or any equipment designed to intentionally generate and emit RF energy by radiation or induction.

Any profitable, responsible manufacturer ensure their products are safe for consumers. EMC Testing will perform a construction review and manual evaluation to ensure that equipment meets all requirements specified by product safety standards. When the review is completed, EMC Testing will pre-test all products prior to submission to the respective certifying agency.

CE Marking is an important demonstration of safety for certain products that are sold within the European Economic Area. Since 1985, these standards have been required for products sold in, intend to be sold in, or manufactured in the EEA.
