Based in Beech Grove, Indiana and established in 1995, CrossRoad Engineers is a civil engineering firm with a focus in transportation and development consulting. CrossRoad helps clients build quality infrastructure across the state, providing a variety of services such as residential and commercial site development design, surveying, road and bridge design, construction inspection, right-of-way engineering and roundabout analysis and design. We have a vested interest in the communities in which we build - Central Indiana is where we personally live, work and play.

Growing up on a farm in southern Indiana, Chip knew at a very young age that he wanted to be an engineer. He went to Rose Hulman where he graduated with honors in 1976 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. After spending much of the next 19 years with another engineering firm, Chip left there in 1995 to create CrossRoad Engineers.
Our Transportation Department's primary function is the design of road, roundabout, trail and bridge projects, both federally funded and locally funded, for municipalities, counties and INDOT. We perform water main and sanitary sewer design and our staff engineers are experienced in coordinating with utility companies.
CrossRoad Engineers is a civil engineering firm with a focus in transportation and development consulting that is constantly expanding its client list and work load. We work hard and have fun.
