DiamondRock, a specialized hospitality REIT, retained Southport for a mechanical systems evaluation, followed by design assistance in implementing chiller replacement, rooftop air handling units, ductwork and piping replacement, kitchen exhaust and ventilation system replacement and installation of automatic airflow control devices to improve air balance.
