Stiffler, Engineer, L.L.C. was started by Lloyd E. Stiffler, as a civil engineering firm in 1977. In 1998 Randy R. Arp, became the managing partner, after the loss of Lloyd to prostate cancer. We offer services in the areas of civil and structural engineering. We work closely with the local municipalities of Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Elberta, Lillian, Robertsdale, Loxley and unincorporated Baldwin County. We are in joint ventured with surveying and architecture firms to deliver a complete package.
